FCC grants Applied Information license to provide DSRC for vehicles and infrastructure
License will allow Applied Information to provide V2I solutions for transportation infrastructure
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has granted Applied Information, an Intelligent Transportation Service (ITS), license in the 5.9 GHz spectrum band for dedicated short-range communications (DSRC) for the infrastructure and in-vehicles in the United States, a press release on 3 June read.
