Aptiv’s CEO claims to have set up rigorous operating assessments before each site is allowed to resume operations

Kevin P Clark, CEO of Aptiv has outlined measures the company has taken in the last month to slowly ramp up operations in Europe and North America. In an email shared with Aptiv employees and published on the company’s website on 1 May, Clark said that his senior leadership team has worked tirelessly to ensure that Aptiv’s sites will ready for operation when it is time to resume production. Aptiv collaborated with medical experts, environmental health and safety professionals, local governments, union leaders, works councils, customers, and suppliers to slowly ramp up production across Europe and North America.
