COVID-19 pandemic: Bridgestone to temporarily close Japan plants
Temporary shutdown will be executed at 11 plants for different periods from 29 April through 8 May
Bridgestone has announced a temporary phased shutdown of its manufacturing facilities in Japan due to the current uncertain market situation and declining demand as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a company press release on 20 April.
