Aptiv is supplying ADAS and infotainment system for the new Buick Avenir luxury minivan in China, the company said in a press release on 15 April. GM’s JV in mainland China with SAIC Motors, SAIC-GM, launched the new minivan in the Chinese market on 12 April. The new GL8 Avenir features 20 advanced intelligent driving features that support the highest level of safety with ASIL D rating.
