Velodyne introduces ‘Automated with Velodyne’ program to push market adoption of 3D lidar technology
'Automated with Velodyne' program already has 40 companies as ecosystem partners
Velodyne has launched the ‘Automated with Velodyne’ program for its integrator ecosystem to commercialize next-generation autonomous solutions utilizing its 3D lidar sensor technology, the company said in a press release on 15 April. The program already has around 40 companies who are leveraging Velodyne’s lidar technologies to build solutions in diverse application areas, including ADAS, autonomous driving, mapping, UAV, industrial, smart-city, robotics, and security.
