Autonomous drive was part of ‘HumanDrive’ project

Earlier this month, a modified Nissan LEAF self-driving electric car completed a 230-mile journey autonomously in the United Kingdom. The autonomous drive from Cranfield in Bedfordshire to Sunderland was part of an UK-based project HumanDrive, which was led by Nissan as part of a consortium.
