Investors approve EUR1.6 billion rights issue
Austrian sensor specialist ams AG announced that the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting has approved the capital increase in form of an up to EUR1.6 billion rights issue to fund its all-cash takeover of Germany-based lighting major Osram Licht AG, according to a company press release on 24 January
