Volkswagen, Skoda to expand WeShare car-sharing service to seven European cities in 2020
German automaker will partner with Skoda for WeShare service in Prague and Budapest
Volkswagen (VW), in collaboration with Skoda, will expand its WeShare electric car-sharing service to seven European cities in 2020, the automaker said in a press release on 23 January. The company will launch WeShare in Prague, Czech Republic and Hamburg, Germany, in the spring this year, followed by Paris, France; Madrid, Spain; Budapest, Hungary; Munich, Germany and Milan, Italy, in the course of the year. VW and Skoda will be offering electric car-sharing service in these European cities with 8,400 electric cars.
