CES 2020: Tanvas, Innolux collaborate to deliver automotive-grade display
TanvasTouch surface haptics are programmable textures and haptic effects that can be felt with the swipe of fingers on touchscreens, trackpads and physical surfaces
Tanvas, a US-based company specializing in multi-touch haptic display, has partnered with Innolux Corporation to supply 15-inch automotive-grade touch display, using TanvasTouch surface haptics, the company said in a press release on 7 January. According to Tanvas, its TanvasTouch surface haptics are programmable textures and haptic effects that can be felt with the swipe of fingers on touchscreens, trackpads and physical surfaces. Using TanvasTouch software development kit (SDK), customers can create crisp image, switch and rich textures that ranges from smooth to gritty.
