CES 2020: Visteon displays next-generation digital cockpit solutions
US-based supplier debuts microZone display technology, and presenting enhanced version of SmartCore cockpit domain controller and DriveCore autonomous driving controller
Visteon is displaying its next-generation of digital cockpit solutions designed to enhance safety and user experience in future vehicles, at the CES 2020 in Las Vegas, Nevada, the United States, this week, the company said in a press release. The US-based cockpit electronics specialist has debuted microZone, a new digital display technology which delivers significantly higher brightness and contrast with a rich color gamut. Visteon said its patent-pending display technology is designed to bridge the gap between LCD and OLED display technologies, keeping automotive requirements in mind.
