CES 2020: ZF presents coASSIST for Level 2+ semi-automated driving
German supplier will begin production of coASSIST for an Asian automaker by the end of 2020
ZF has unveiled coASSIST, a hardware and software suite that delivers advanced safety, driving comfort and Level 2+ semi-automated driving functions, at the CES 2020 in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, the company said in a press release on 6 January. The system, utilizing Mobileye EyeQ chip, will also help automakers meet the projected Euro NCAP 2024 test protocols. ZF will begin production of the new system for an Asian automaker by the end of 2020.
