ams begins additional acceptance period of takeover offer for Osram
Additional acceptance period is due to run from 11 December until 24 December 2019
Austrian sensor specialist ams has announced the start of the additional acceptance period of its all-cash takeover offer for German lighting supplier Osram Licht, according to ams press release on 11 December.
