Korean automaker aims to be world’s top three EV manufacturer with annual sales of 675,000 vehicles by 2025

Hyundai Motor has announced ‘Strategy 2025’, a long-term roadmap to transition into a smart mobility solutions provider, the leading South Korean automaker said in a press release today (4 December). The company will focus on ‘Smart Mobility Device’ and ‘Smart Mobility Service’ as its two core business pillars. The Smart Mobility Device business will expand beyond vehicles to include personal air vehicle (PAV), robotics and last-mile mobility. The Smart Mobility Services, on the other hand, will offer personalized content and services on an integrated platform. Hyundai expects synergies between the two core businesses to help it become a smart mobility solution provider.
