Japan Display unveils new 12.3-inch LCD display
Company will begin commercial production of the products using the new LCD display in FY2020
Japan Display Inc. (JDI) has developed a 12.3-inch transparent liquid crystal display (LCD), the company said in press release on 28 November. The new display has resolution of 1440x540, pixel density of 125 pixel per inch (ppi), maximum color display of 4,096 colors, and transmittance rate of 87% when not displaying. information JDI will showcase its new LCD display at the Fintech Japan 2019, scheduled to be held in Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Japan, from 4-6 December.
