Hella to divest relay business to Chinese relay manufacturer Hongfa
The transaction is expected to close by the end of the year
HELLA has decided to sell its relay business to Chinese relay manufacturer Hongfa for 10 million euros (USD11 million), the company said in a press release on 12 November.
