Aisin Seiki announces plan to merge with Aisin AW
The two companies sign a basic agreement for management integration
Japanese auto components and transmission manufacturer Aisin Seiki has announced a plan to merge with their automatic transmission production brand, Aisin AW, in a press statement released on October 31st.
