Bosch has developed an advanced camera technology for use in advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) and autonomous driving applications, the company said in a press release on 30 August. The new Bosch MPC3 mono video camera uses multi-path approach and artificial intelligence (AI) technology for more efficient object recognition, resulting in more reliable surround sensing. Bosch will debut its new camera technology in vehicles by 2019.
