Two automakers signed MOU for collaboration in February this year

BMW and Daimler have formally signed long-term strategic cooperation agreement for automated driving, the two automakers said in a joint press release on 4 July. Under the cooperation agreement, the two German partners will focus on joint development of next-generation technologies for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), highly automated driving for highways and automated parking, all up to SAE Level 4.
