Project Darwin aims to test new technology and connectivity solutions including 5G and satellite communications

O2 and European Space Agency (ESA) will support a four-year trial program, called “Project Darwin”, which is designed to pave the way for next generation connectivity solutions in connected and autonomous vehicles (CAV), the UK-based telecom company said in a press release on 24 June. The project aims to test new technology and connectivity solutions including 5G and satellite communications.
