Latest agreement will have no impact on JV's operations in Japan and China
Veoneer has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Nissin Kogyo’s stake in Veoneer Nissin Brake System America (VNBA), the US operations of their joint-venture (JV), Veoneer Nissin Brake Systems, the company said in a press release on 17 June.
