Maserati to use BMW’s autonomous driving technology
FCA has been part of BMW-led consortium developing autonomous driving technology since August 2017
Maserati will be the first brand from Fiat Chrysler Automobile (FCA) to use autonomous driving technology that a BMW-led consortium is developing, Bloomberg reported on 15 May citing the company’s John Elkann. The technology will offer assisted-driving features on highway, Elkann told an industry group in Turin, (Italy) on Monday (13 May), without hinting any timeline for deploying the technology.
