ZF acquires 90% stake in Simi Reality Motion Systems
Acquisition further expands ZF’s competence in occupant safety system
ZF has agreed to acquire 90% of Simi Reality Motion Systems GmbH, a Germany-based company specializing occupant recognition, the company said in a press release today (13 May). Simi Reality Motion has nearly three decades of experience in image-based three-dimensional (3D) systems for the recording and analysis of human movement.
