BorgWarner to form new JV with Romeo Power Solutions for EV battery packs
BorgWarner to hold 60% of the stake in the JV and rest will be held by Romeo Power Solutions
In a press release dated 7 May, Borgwarner announced that it has agreed to set up a new joint venture (JV) with Romeo Power Solutions for manufacturing electric vehicle (EV) battery packs.
