Germany opens technical center for battery research 'CELEST'
The platform receives approval of the Cluster of Excellence on Post Lithium Storage (POLiS), which will initially receive funding of around EUR50 million over a period of seven years
Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Ulm University and the Centre for Solar Energy and Hydrogen Research Baden-Württemberg (ZSW) have inaugurated their joint research platform called ‘The Center for Electrochemical Energy Storage Ulm & Karlsruhe (CELEST)’, according to CELEST website on 26 March
