European Commission approves acquisition of Magneti Marelli by KKR
EC said that the proposed transaction would raise no competition concern as the parties have a limited position in the markets where activities overlap
The European Commission (EC) has approved the acquisition of Magneti Marely by the global investment firm KKR, the Commission said in a press release. The Commission examined the acquisition under the simplified merger review procedure and concluded that the proposed transaction would raise “no competition concern as the parties have a limited position in the markets where activities overlap.”
