Acquisition to strengthen Michelin’s presence in Indonesia
Michelin has acquired a majority stake of 88% in Indonesia-based tire-maker PT Multistrada Arah Sarana TBK (Multistrada) for USD 480 million, the French tire-maker announced in a press release on 8 March.
