Dynamic Map Platform agrees to acquire HD Map start-up Ushr
The acquisition will position DMP a key player in HD mapping business with strong presence in Japan, Canada and the United States
Dynamic Map Platform (DMP) has reached a definitive agreement to acquire US-based start-up Ushr, the Japanese mapping company said in a press release on 13 February. The transaction is subjected to customary closing conditions, including receipt of regulatory approvals. DMP and Ushr has preferred to not disclose details of the acquisition.
