Self-driving vehicle technology start-up Aurora raises USD530 million in Series B financing
Latest funding round values US-based start-up at more than USD2.5 billion
Aurora Innovation has raised USD530 million in Series-B financing, led by Sequoia Capital, the US-based self-driving vehicle technology start-up said in blog on Medium. Apart from Sequoia, Amazon and T Rowe Price Group joined Aurora’s new funding round. Other investors in Aurora’s latest funding round were Lightspeed Venture Partners, Geodesic, Shell Ventures, and Reinvent Capital as well as the company’s existing investors Greylock and Index Ventures.
