Lab to focus on development of powertrain controllers for eco-friendly vehicles

STMicroelectronics (STM) and Hyundai Autron, the electronics subsidiary of Hyundai Motors, have announced plans to open a joint development lab in Seoul, Korea to develop powertrain controllers, according to a company press release on 4 February.
