Deal to boost Michelin’s presence in Indonesia
French tire-maker Michelin has signed an agreement to acquire 80% shares of Indonesia-based tire-maker PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk for USD439 million, the company announced in a press release on 22 January.
