Agreement to boost commercial expansion of SiC in automotive and industrial applications
Cree, Inc. has inked a multi-year agreement to supply its Wolfspeed 150-mm silicon-carbide (SiC) bare and epitaxial wafers to STMicroelectronics (STM), the two companies announced in a joint press release on 7 January.
