Denso, Aisin Seiki to form new JV for EV driving modules
JV to be established in April 2019 with about 200 employees
Japan-based Denso and Aisin Seiki have agreed to set up a new company to develop and sell driving modules for electric vehicles (EV), Denso announced in a press release on 26 December.
