Daimler, BMW to establish new mobility company early next year
Companies await approval from US antitrust authorities
Daimler has provided an update on the planned establishment of the new mobility company that the company agreed to form with BMW in March this year. According to a press release by the German automaker yesterday (6 December), the joint mobility company, in which both automakers will have equal stake, will be established in 2019.
