Volkswagen (VW), Siemens join forces to collaborate on V2X testing
German automaker is gearing up to equip its vehicles with V2X technology from next year
Volkswagen (VW) and Siemens have teamed up to collaborate in the field of vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications, with the goal of making intersections or crossroads safer, the German automaker said in a press release on 4 October. The two companies have developed new functionalities for the local exchange of information between vehicles and digital transport infrastructure.
