Nuance partners with KT to develop ‘automotive assistant’ for South Korea

The assistant will feature Nuance’s Dragon Drive platform which supports speech and voice recognition in vehicular application

Nuance Communications has entered a collaboration with the South Korea-based telecommunication company KT Corporation to jointly develop an automotive assistant, the US-based company said in a press release last week. The collaboration will leverage both partners’ expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) to deliver an automotive assistant for Korean market. The assistant will feature Nuance’s Dragon Drive platform which supports speech and voice recognition in vehicular application.
