Jiye Auto Parts lowers acceptance threshold for Grammer takeover
Lowers threshold from 50% plus one share to 36% plus one share; also extends offer acceptance period until 6 August 2018
Jiye Auto Parts, an affiliate of Ningbo Jifeng, has reduced the minimum acceptance threshold for its public offer to acquire all outstanding shares of Grammer from 50% plus one share to 36% plus one share, according to a Grammer press release today (18 July).
