Cummins to acquire US-based Efficient Drivetrains
Acquisition expected to close in the third quarter of this year
Powertrain supplier Cummins is set to acquire electric and hybrid drivetrain system developer Efficient Drivetrain (EDI), the company announced in a press release on 2 July.
