Company also develops E-Series SiC diodes, 20kW two-Level AFE and 20kW DC/DC converters and a 6.6kW bi-directional on-board charger
Cree-owned Wolfspeed Technology has developed a new 1200V silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFET (metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor) for electric vehicle (EV) drivetrains, the company announced in a press release on 4 June.
