Japanese supplier Maruyasu pleads guilty in US to bid rigging
Company agrees to pay USD12 million fine
Maruyasu Industries has been fined USD12 million by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) after the Japanese auto parts supplier pleaded guilty of participating in rigging bids in Japan over 10 years ago, according to US DOJ’s press release yesterday (31 May).
