LG Electronics’ board approves acquisition of automotive lighting company ZKW Group
Combined company plans to develop intelligent lighting systems for autonomous vehicles
LG Electronics’ board of directors have approved the acquisition of Austria-based automotive lighting specialist ZKW Group in a deal worth more than EUR1.1 billion (USD1.3 billion), the two companies announced in separate press releases yesterday (26 April).
