Beijing Motor Show 2018: BMW integrates Alibaba’s voice assistant Tmall Genie into ‘BMW Connected’
Feature to allows BMW customers to control several functions in their vehicles from home using Tmall-compatible device
BMW has integrated its ‘BMW Connected’ digital assistant with Tmall Genie, a smart voice assistant developed by Alibaba AI Labs, the automaker said in a press release today (25 April). The new feature will allow BMW customers in China to control select vehicle functions remotely, using Tmall Genie compatible device at home from July this year.
