Company converting around 16 acres at the site to support testing of autonomous driving technologies

Aisin Group continues to expand its proving ground in Fowlerville, Michigan (United States), Automotive News reported on 9 April. The 958-acre proving ground is currently undergoing seventh expansion. In the latest expansion, the test site is converting around 16 acres to support autonomous driving technologies such as steering and braking as well as pedestrian detection.
