Skoda Auto DigiLab’s HoppyGo merges with mobility service provider SmileCar
Merger expands HoppyGo’s offering to multimodal transportation
HoppyGo, a car-sharing platform of Skoda Auto DigiLab, has merged with the mobility service provider SmileCar, through forming a joint-venture (JV), Skoda said in a press release last week. The JV will allow private car-sharing to be integrated with the bus and rail transport. As a result, riders will be able to book and pay for everything offered by the one-stop mobility service provider using a single smartphone app.
