ZF appoints Wolf-Henning Scheider as new CEO

Scheider succeeds Dr. Konstantin Sauer, who was serving as interim CEO of the company since December 2017

ZF has appointed Wolf-Henning Scheider as its new CEO, effective today (1 February), the Germany-based automotive supplier said in a press release on 31 January. Scheider has succeeded Dr. Konstantin Sauer, who was serving as interim CEO of the company since sudden departure of former CEO Dr. Stefan Sommer in December 2017. Sauer will continue leading Finance Group at ZF.
