Panasonic starts field test of autonomous EV in Japan’s Fukui Prefecture
The field test started on 3 October and is scheduled to continue until end of March 2019
Panasonic, in partnership with the Eiheiji Town Government and the Fukui Prefectural Government, is conducting a field test of an experimental autonomous electric vehicle (EV) on Eiheiji Mai-road in Eiheiji Town (Japan), the company said in a press release on 13 November. The field test started on 3 October and is scheduled to continue until the end of March 2019.
