Honda expands ‘Xcelerator’ innovation program globally

To expand its open innovation program for early-stage innovators to Detroit, Japan, China and Europe

Honda Innovation, a Honda subsidiary, is expanding its open innovation program for early-stage innovators to Detroit, Japan, China and Europe, the Japanese automaker said in a press release last week. The company said it would guide other Honda operations in setting up start-up ecosystems, by providing protocols and best practices to identify and engage with start-ups and entrepreneurs who share the Japanese automaker’s vision for transforming mobility.
