Government working to reduce road fatalities by 50% in the next three years
The Indian government is considering making fitment of airbags, seatbelt reminders, alert system for speeds beyond 80 kilometer per hour (kph) and reverse parking alert as well as and manual override over the central locking system for emergency fitment in new vehicles, reports Times News Network (TNN).
