SnappCar acquires German peer-to-peer car-sharing platform tamyca
Acquisition consolidates SanppCar’s positions as a major player in peer-to-peer car-sharing market in Europe
The Netherlands-based peer-to-peer car-sharing platform SnappCar has acquired tamyca, its rival in Germany, the company said in a press release on 12 September. The acquisition has been backed by SnappCar’s new shareholders Europcar and Autobinck Group and the Danish Startup Studio Founders.
