Michelin completes acquisition of NexTraq
NexTraq specializes in commercial fleet telematics and provides GPS fleet management solutions for fleets of Class 3-5 trucks
Michelin has completed the acquisition of NexTraq, a US-based company specializing in commercial fleet telematics, Tire Review reported earlier this week. The acquisition, announced last month, was done through Michelin North America, the US subsidiary of the France-based tire-maker.
