Daimler FleetBoard, Mercedes-Benz Vans to opt for cloud platform Microsoft Azure
German automaker moving from server-based infrastructure towards cloud-based solutions to improve customer efficiency
Daimler FleetBoard and Mercedes-Benz Vans, two Daimler Group companies, will opt for the cloud platform by Microsoft Azure, the Germany-based automaker said in a press release on 24 April. The two companies are showcasing the potential of digitization in the logistics sector at the 2017 Hannover Messe (24-28 April) in Hannover, Germany.
